Intermediate Strength Class
After completing the Introduction to Strength Training, continue training with guidance on technique and programming.
Price: $150 / month
The intermediate group meets once per week to continue honing technique and learning what to do in the gym. Training becomes more individualized to the lifter’s needs, goals, history, etc…
In addition to one in person session per week, you’ll receive programming for the rest of your sessions so that you know what to do and how to do it.
*Completion of the Introduction to Strength Training is required to participate in an Intermediate Class.
